This paper published by the Center for Social Development in 2008, "provides an overview of the Child Development Account policies in Singapore, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Korea, and the proposed policy in the United States. The key elements of inclusiveness, progressivity, coherence and integration, and development are explicated and discussed," according to the paper's abstract.
